      Oil Paintings
  1. How are the qualities of your paintings?
All of our oil paintings are 100% hand painted on canvas, not canvas transfers or prints. Our paintings are meticulously painted by skilled and experienced artists using only top quality oil paints on premium quality canvas. Our goal is to serve our customers with guarantee of being 100% satisfied with purchases or returning for full refunds. If you do not like your ordered artworks, no matter for what reasons, you can always return back to us for refunds.

  2. Do you have individual artist's profile?
Most of our artworks are from unknown artists - we do not have artist's information. Our collections are mainly for decoration purposes – our collecting criteria mainly bases on whether WE think those artworks are good not (in our humble opinion). You can imagine, with so low prices, it is impossible to get well-known artists' artworks, so who painted what is not so big a concern for us. If your main purpose to buy artworks is for price appreciation, you probably should try other places like
    Sell-Arts Marketplace.

Most of our artworks are signed by individual artists; some of them do not have signatures. Even for signed artworks, we do not have certificates of authenticity since certificates add too much extra costs.

  3. Do you have catalog for all paintings?
You can view or download our catalog for all oil paintings in pdf format here.

  4. Why can you offer artworks at so low prices?
    There are three main reasons:
    1. We are an online gallery and do not need to rent big physical spaces, we can pass the saving costs to our customers. A conventional brick gallery carries lots of over charge such as renting, utility etc , they have to pass those charges to customers to cover their costs.
    2. We are a big online gallery, usually we can order large number (sometime over hundreds) of artworks from same studios or artists, thus can persuade them to give us competitive prices.
    3. We have long term cooperative relationships with some studios or artists; they can give us favorable prices.

      Framing
  1. What’s the difference between painting stretching and framing? Do I have to frame my painting?
We mentioned what painting stretching is and showed some stretching samples above. Stretched paintings can be directly hanged on walls. However, after stretching, if finically feasible, you can also custom your stretched canvas with a nice picture frame - this is called framing. Here is one sample:

You can easily find frames for your paintings either online or in your local stores. Customize your paintings with frames that have your favorite colors and styles is a big pleasure and good experience. Some people like to change their painting’s frames after a period of time. At BeyondDream Art, we also provide framing service for some popular painting sizes.

Framing your paintings is not always necessary, especially for modern, contemporary, naive, or folk arts – sometime they are intentionally left frameless. For most traditional paintings, customing them with nice picture frames usually can add more beauties. But even for traditional art, some people still prefer frameless. Here we have some stretched but unframed oil paintings.

    • 24"x36" / 36"x24"
    • 20"x24" / 24"x20"
